Our mission is to support cultural evolution – the evolution of the ways we define meaning, the shared values and the worldviews that bind people together as part of an ongoing process. We strive to reveal the relevance of cultural evolution by bringing light to the significant contributions it can make in different fields and in relationship to pressing issues of our times.
We believe an understanding of cultural evolution can empower people to take an active role in creating the future with vision and direction.

Innovative Partnership: The Institute will bring together individuals, organizations, donors, and social change leaders to bring awareness to the relevance of cultural evolution and further its understanding. Through innovative partnerships, the Institute will create a platform to spread the most important discoveries about the science of evolving culture. It will develop concrete methods for applying these insights both to the advancement of different fields and to addressing pressing issues of our time.
